Johns innovative and fresh cooking style redefined dining at Wine & Roses he brings his talents to Rosewood using a slightly different approach. His professional culinary experience includes graduating from the world renown Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and working with internationally acclaimed Chef Bradley Ogden, master of the five Bay Area restaurants known as the Larkcreek Empire.

Pastry Chef, Charlin Wright

Charlin creates all the desserts featured at Rosewood. She uses only the finest ingredients from chocolate to butter and has a passion for the perfect pastry. Each dessert is truly a work of art. Charlin is also the Pastry chef for Wine & Roses creating desserts for the restaurant and beautiful cakes for weddings and events. Previous experience includes working as the Bakery Manager and Pastry Chef for the River City Brewing Company in Sacramento, California.
